I've been working at my company for over 4 years. For a while I seemed to be learning and growing (and I was even promoted). Unfortunately the past year and a half have been frustrating. We've undergone a systems conversion, the economy has suffered, and promotions/raises were non-existant last year. I would like a position in another company where I see growth, but unfortunately I haven't received repsonses from any companies. I would love some suggestions on ways to improve my resume so that it stands out among the other resumes these companies receive from very qualified individuals. I pasted the resume below:
