I've been working at my company for over 4 years. For a while I seemed to be learning and growing (and I was even promoted). Unfortunately the past year and a half have been frustrating. We've undergone a systems conversion, the economy has suffered, and promotions/raises were non-existant last year. I would like a position in another company where I see growth, but unfortunately I haven't received repsonses from any companies. I would love some suggestions on ways to improve my resume so that it stands out among the other resumes these companies receive from very qualified individuals. I pasted the resume below:

Ah, I wanted to edit the title - I added an extra 'e' in career.... I hope that my resume isn't filled with errors. Please let me know if anyone notices mistakes/mispellings!
1Just a style note, you usually don't write out numbers larger than 10, so instead of "three hundred" you should put 300. Plus, that catches the eye more, imo.
You also move from present tense to past tense throughout. You need to be consistent with that.
I was helping my hubby with his resume and he, too, has been promoted several times within his company. Maybe putting that somewhere (like the cover letter?) would be good to show that you've been moving up and that you're committed.
Do you manage any employees? I would add that in there.
